LinQ Apartments

  • Situated in Belconnen Town Centre, LinQ consists of two buildings with nine levels of 248 residential units designed to passive ESD principles, and 2 levels of basement car parking

  • Delivered a fully integrated range of mechanical systems — designed, supplied and installed to the highest standard. This included multl-head air conditioing and cutting-edge heat recovery ventilation systems, purpose-built to boost energy efficiency and elevate indoor air quality throughout the residential zones, ensuring healthier, more sustainable living environments. We also installed basement car park ventilation with integrated carbon monoxide monitoring, and fire stair pressurisation to ensure safe egress.

The Grounds

  • The Grounds is a premium residential mixed-use development located in Braddon, consisting of 92 tower apartments with 3 levels of basement car parking, 5 commercial spaces, 8 terraces houses and 40 townhouses all surrounded by generous landscaped areas and courtyards

  • Engineered and delivered the full mechanical services package for the project, featuring the design and installation of tailored mulit-head and VRV air conditioning units and ventilation systems for every apartment. These systems were carefully tailored to optimise energy efficiency and deliver precise climate control, creating a calm, comfortable atmosphere that enhances the quality of living while blending discreetly into the fabric of each residence. We also installed basement car park ventilation with integrated carbon monoxide monitoring, and fire stair pressurisation to ensure safe egress.

Axis Apartments

  • Axis Apartments in Lyneham ACT comprises 380 apartments within 3 eleven-storey buildings, with a double basement, pool and fitness centre

  • Delivered the mechanical services for this project, including a range of single an multi-head air conditioning units and apartment exhaust ventilation systems. These systems were crafted for maximum energy efficiency and climate control, creating comfortable, quiet living spaces that blend seamlessly into the residential environment. We also installed basement car park ventilation with integrated carbon monoxide monitoring, and fire stair pressurisation to ensure safe egress.

Sentinel Apartments

  • Sentinel is a mixed-use multi-storey residential project in Belconnen town centre. The complex is comprised of two towers with 16 levels of residential units and a four storey podium containing car parking, with retail and office space at ground level. Amenities for residents include a swimming pool terrace and gym.

  • Provided end-to-end delivery of mechanical systems for the entire project, seamlessly integrating comfort, safety, and performance. This included customised multi-head air conditioning for apartments and exhaust systems for kitchens, laundries, and bathrooms—ensuring fresh, well-ventilated living spaces. In shared zones, basement car park ventilation with intelligent CO monitoring ensured ongoing compliance and safety, while commercial tenancies were equipped with tailored air conditioning and targeted exhaust solutions.

Uptown Gungahlin

  • Set in the heart of the Gungahlin Town Centre, Uptown is a residential development spread over 8 levels comprising 248 apartments, 6 commercial spaces, a childcare centre and basement car parking.

  • Designed and constructed the mechanical services package for the project, including high-performance multi-head air conditioning and exhaust systems for all apartments, ensuring year-round comfort and air quality. We also installed basement car park ventilation with integrated carbon monoxide monitoring, and fire stair pressurisation to ensure safe egress.

Kingston Place

  • Kingston Place, positioned in the heart of ‘old’ Kingston,  consists of 292 residences over 4 levels with one level of basement car parking.

  • Delivered a fully integrated mechanical solution for the project, managing every stage from design through to commissioning. The scope included custom single ducted air conditioning to all apartments and exhaust systems, designed for quiet, efficient comfort, as well as robust mechanical ventilation for basement car parks, complete with safety-focused airflow control and monitoring. The result: a seamless fusion of performance, comfort, and compliance across the entire development. Basement car park ventilation was delivered with automated carbon monoxide monitoring to maintain safety standards.

Lakefront Apartments

  • Part of the Kingston Foreshore redevelopment, the Lakefront Apartments consists of 147 premium apartments and 2 levels of basement car parking.

  • Delivered a turnkey mechanical solution for the project, overseeing the supply and installation of all systems. This included a range of multi-head ducted and VRV air conditioning to apartments, and exhaust systems to maintain healthy indoor environments. The team also installed basement car park ventilation with integrated carbon monoxide monitoring.

Equinox

  • Equinox Business Park in Deakin is a dynamic, campus-style commercial precinct designed to foster community and connectivity. The development features four contemporary four-storey commercial buildings arranged in a U-shape, each with two levels of basement car parking. At its heart is a smaller central building that houses shared amenities, serving as a vibrant hub for the business park.

  • Delivered the complete mechanical services package including VRV multi ducted head systems tailored to a diverse mix of tenancies, including government, institutional, private sector, and medical offices, as well as retail spaces such as a café, bakery, and gym. Systems were designed for flexibility, energy efficiency, and tenant comfort, with comprehensive ventilation solutions across all office and car park areas.

Industrial Warehouses

  • We have provided mechanical services to several purpose-built industrial precincts. The spaces vary in size and scale and can have dedicated loading bays, roller doors, high-clearance spaces as well as smaller contained office spaces.

  • Delivering mechanical services to a factory means creating a smart, efficient, and safe environment tailored to the specific industrial demands. This includes robust HVAC systems for climate control, specialised ventilation and exhaust to remove fumes and particles, and process-specific heating or cooling systems.

The Ambassador Apartments

  • The Ambassador Apartment in Deakin consists of 114 luxury apartments in four separate buildings ranging from five to seven storeys in height above a single level central basement carpark. A fifth single storey main entry building includes dining and lounge facilities for resident’s amenity.

  • Design and deliver integrated HVAC solutions comprising ducted air conditioning, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems, and single-head units. Each system is engineered for high efficiency, low noise, and optimal airflow, specifically tailored to suit the demands of high-density residential developments.

Goodwin Village Crace

  • Located in the middle of the urban precinct, Goodwin Village Crace consists of 133 apartments, townhouses and penthouses.

  • Complete HVAC design and installation for all buildings, covering residential units and common areas. The systems incorporated air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and air quality monitoring, all tailored to deliver energy efficiency, low noise levels, and enhanced comfort for residents in aged care and retirement living environments.

Gungahlin Marketplace Extension

  • With the addition of 19 new retailers, Marketplace became home to Canberra's largest-format Chemist Warehouse, an Aldi, a 1,000sqm Asian supermarket, and 16 specialty stores.

  • Provided mechanical services fitout for all new retail tenancies, including the design and installation of ducted HVAC systems with zone-specific air balancing. Commissioning and ongoing maintenance support was also provided.

Australian Taxation Office

  • Safely decommission outdated server room cooling systems and install high-reliability CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units— within a live, mission-critical IT environment ensuring uninterrupted operations.

  • Carried out decommissioning and safe removal of legacy server room cooling infrastructure in a live, critical IT environment. Installed new high-reliability CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) systems with remote condenser configurations, followed by full commissioning, balancing, and testing under load conditions.

  • Upgraded supermarket climate control by replacing outdated systems with high-efficiency HVAC, from safe removal through installation, commissioning, and performance testing to ensure optimal real-world operation.

  • Expertly transitioned the supermarket’s climate control from outdated systems to modern, high-efficiency HVAC. Managed the safe removal and disposal of legacy equipment, installed new units to exacting specifications, and completed comprehensive commissioning, air balancing, and performance testing—ensuring optimal operation under real-world load conditions.

Chamberlains Law Firm - Canberra

Corporate Office Fit-Out with Secure Zone 4 Facility

  • Our Defence industry client engaged us to build the fit out of their new office including a Secure Zone 4 Facility.

  • Works included all building construction work, installing technical surveillance counter measures, and independent air conditioning and ventilation systems and associated physical security measures to protect these services from unauthorised access and tampering.

Government Secure Facility Remediation and Hardening

  • Our Australian Government client engaged us to remediate and complete their Secure Zone 5 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Building Hardening

  • Works included installing technical surveillance counter measures, completing the air conditioning and ventilation systems and associated physical security measures to protect these services from unauthorised access and tampering.

    The client subsequently engaged us to enhance the physical security measures of the building to prevent or mitigate threats and attacks.

    As a result of our work we are engaged to do undertake the ongoing service and maintenance work for this client.

Corporate Layered Secure Zone Construction

  • Our client engaged us to build a Secure Zone 5 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) within a surrounding Secure Zone 3 facility in a noise-sensitive environment area that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

  • Works included all building construction work, installing technical surveillance counter measures and independent air conditioning and ventilation systems and associated physical security measures to protect these services from unauthorised access and tampering.

    We achieved T4 accreditation on first pass and are engaged to do undertake the ongoing service and maintenance work for this client.
